Mayo Clinic Supply Chain Management (SCM) has been ranked one of the top healthcare supply chains in the United States according to Gartner. Mayo SCM views supply chain strategy differently than most other healthcare organizations. This course is designed to share Mayo’s perspective on how healthcare supply chain can operate as a top decile performer, with an eye toward future technology, analytics and processes.
Mayo SCM Senior Leadership will share insights on:
- Aspects of SCM that make Mayo Clinic unique versus its peers
- Alignment of staff resources and processes that create a collegial environment toward advancement of patient care
- Forward-thinking concepts and ideas that keep Mayo SCM well-positioned for the future

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
