In this episode, Dr. Christina Chen speaks with endocrinologist and geriatrician, Dr. Jad Sfeir about osteoporosis, including its risks, causes, and how it affects bone integrity over time.   • Edward Laskowski, MD: Dr. Laskowski is a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation with a subspecialty certification in sports medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
  • Jad Sfeir, MD, MS: Dr. Sfeir is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science in Rochester, Minnesota where he holds a dual appointment in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism and Nutrition and the Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology in the Department of Medicine.
