DESCRIPTION
Specialty lectures in the subspecialties of orthopedic surgery including hand surgery, shoulder and elbow surgery, adult reconstruction, sports medicine, orthopedic oncology, foot and ankle surgery. 

In-Person and Live-Streamed; 2-3 times a month on Mondays from 6:00-7:00 a.m.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Resident Fellows. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Apply improved orthopedic knowledge on Orthopedic In-Training, Orthopedic Board Certification, and Maintenance of Certification exams. 
  • Summarize typical history and physical examination techniques for patients in the general orthopedic patient population. 
  • Summarize how to evaluate patients with foot and ankle disorders. 
  • Summarize how to evaluate patients with orthopedic oncologic disorders. 
  • Summarize how to evaluate patients with sports medicine disorders. 
  • Summarize how to evaluate patients with hand and wrist disorders. 
  • Summarize how to evaluate patients with hip and knee disorders.
