BIO:  Dr. Rosenthal received her DO from Midwestern University (Arizona) before a residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. She completed her Fellowship at Mayo Clinic’s Arizona campus, where she also completed a special Advanced Fellowship in Lymphoma as a Mayo Clinic Scholar based at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and is currently an Assistant Professor with Mayo Clinic.  She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology.  Dr. Rosenthal specializes in lymphoma, co-leads the CAR-T program at and has a special interest in caring for Adolescents and Young Adults with cancer. 

 

Objectives:

At the conclusion of this activity, the learner should be able to:

  1. Summarize current indications for CAR-T cell therapy.
  2. Review potential areas where palliative medicine can assist in supporting these patients.
