Bio:

Dr. Natsu Fukui is a Palliative Medicine physician at Mayo Clinic. She completed her M.D. training at Dartmouth Medical School and completed her Palliative Medicine fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC in 2019.  Her interests in medicine include quality improvement, and interprofessional team collaborations and training.

At the conclusion of this activity, the learner should be able to:

• Review different pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions for management of neuropathic facial pain .
• Critique the strengths and limitations of screening tools for opioid misuse.
• Identify action steps to provide excellent outpatient palliative care for vulnerable patients with limited social support.
