Learning Objectives
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Incorporate medical information from reviews of commonly encountered clinical scenarios into the daily practice of pediatric and adolescent medicine.
- Describe the implications for evaluation and management of patients from information provided during in-depth reviews of the topics of subjects.
- Implement effective clinical strategies for diagnosing and managing a wide array of challenging problems in clinical practice. Presenters will provide a variety of web-based resources. Workshops will also provide web-based resources and guidelines that practitioners can reference from the context of their own practices after the course. Presenters will be referencing state-of-the-art practice guidelines and best available evidence at the time of the meeting in 2015. References to these guidelines and recommendations will be provided in the in the form of web-based links and resources.
