Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and healthcare professionals who provide preventive, acute and chronic disease-based care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults need ongoing interdisciplinary updates. This course aims to provide timely and effective evidence-based recommendations / reviews for many areas including mental and behavioral health, sports medicine, infectious disease, gastroenterology, emergency medicine, orthopedic surgery, and dermatological conditions.
Target Audience
This course is designed for physicians in pediatrics, family medicine and general practice including, PAs, NPs, nurses, and allied health professionals.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify medical information from reviews of commonly encountered clinical scenarios.
- Recall evidence based guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders in both children and teens.
- Summarize new evidence-based practice guidelines for pediatric topics.

Location
All travel and lodging expenses are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
Palmer House has reserved a limited block of guest rooms at a special group rate of $290 (USD) plus tax, single or double occupancy, run of house, per night, for course participants and guests. Reduced rates apply three days before and three days after the course dates, based on group room availability.
