DESCRIPTION
The Baldwin Conference series is a weekly presentation given by pediatric residents to their peers and colleagues within the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine. Topics are selected that will serve continuous improvement in clinical practice by the audience. A faculty mentor is chosen by the resident and a faculty feedback committee member is assigned to the resident.
In-Person and Live-Streamed; Weekly on Thursday from 12:15-1:00 p.m.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Allied Health Professionals, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Resident Fellows, and Students.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Summarize over 40 high-yield fundamental pediatric topics per year for the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine.
- Formulate individualized performance goals through review of qualitative and quantitative feedback with each resident as a part of this longitudinal curriculum.
- Evaluate each resident’s presentation skills through the review of competency-based audience and faculty feedback.
