DESCRIPTION
This series is held weekly on Mondays 12:10 -1:00 p.m.  The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Education Conference is presented by Mayo and occasional guest non-Mayo faculty as well as by all of our PM&R residents (PGY-2 to PGY-4).  Topics presented encompass a wide array of PM&R concepts ranging from basic science work to PM&R resident clinical case conferences to detailed clinical applications of regenerative medicine research.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This series is intended for physicians, mid-level health care providers, allied health staff including physical and occupational therapists, nurses and technicians.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the best diagnostic and treatment paradigms for specific PM&R diagnoses
  • Analyze emerging strategies for diagnostics and management of specific PM&R diagnoses
