Objectives:
- Define the principles of shared decision making (SDM)
- Identify a toll used to help assess stroke and bleed risks
- Utilize a SDM model to aid and augment education in the rehab setting
- Demonstrate familiarity with the PROMIS NIH outcome measure system
- Develop better understanding of patterns of patient referrals for MSK between Ortho, PMR and other non-surgical specialists
- Determine the utilization of this information to improve patient care and outcomes for PMR patients
