  • The Professionalism & Values Seminar Series focuses on values embraced at Mayo Clinic since the Clinic was founded. Values and Professionalism in the practice are central to the Mayo Model of Care and are reflected in the clinic’s primary value, “The needs of the patient come first.” Most people desire to work in an environment that has minimal interpersonal conflict and provides recognition for performance efforts. However, many obstacles can prevent positive work relations and lead to interpersonal conflict. This program will focus on key workplace characteristics that cultivate positive work relationships and more overall job satisfaction

2. Compare team work and work culture
3. Identify 3 barriers that prevent workgroups from experiencing more satisfaction than dissatisfaction
