Speaker 1:
Dr. Melanie Gentry is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Assistant Professor in the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Department of Psychiatry and Psychology. She is a graduate of the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. She completed her Psychiatry Residency at Massachusetts General and McLean Hospital Program and Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at McLean Hospital. Since returning to the Mayo Clinic in 2014 she has worked to develop telehealth programs within the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology. In addition, she services as the program director for the Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship Program. She has clinical and research interests in the areas of neurocognitive disorders, psychoncology and telehealth.
Speaker 2:
Dr. Ajeng Puspitasari is an Assistant Professor and Clinical Director for the John E. Herman Home and Treatment Facility and Adult Transitions Program at Mayo Clinic Rochester Department of Psychiatry and Psychology. As a Clinical Psychologist, her clinical practice focuses on behavioral therapy such as Behavioral Activation, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her research focuses on strategies to disseminate and implement evidence-based psychotherapy in diverse behavioral health settings. She completed research fellowship in Implementation Science at Indiana University and was part of a National Instit
ute of Mental Health multi-sites trial to assess strategies to implement measurement-based care in community-mental health setting. She has provided training and consultation for healthcare providers and systems on strategies to implement evidence-based psychotherapy across the United States and Internationally. In collaboration with Adult Transitions Program team members, she spearheaded the rapid adoption and implementation of group teletherapy at Mayo Clinic during COVID-19.

- Identify barriers to the long term use of telehealth following the COVID pandemic.
- Identify strategies to rapidly implement telehealth in behavioral health practices.
