Speaker 1:
Doruk Camsari, MD obtained her medical degree from Baskent University in Turkey. She is currently a PGY-4 chief resident at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Doruk Camsari’s primary research interests are focused on the use of quantitative electroencephalography and non-invasive brain stimulation techniques in identifying biomarkers in youth mood disorders and suicidality with a goal to develop target engagement markers for neuromodulatory treatments.
Speaker 2:
Michael Farrell, MD is from Green Bay, Wisconsin, and went to medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He is currently in his last year of adult psychiatry residency. Dr. Farrell has been involved in several education opportunities at Mayo including teaching Mayo medical students, teaching D.O. medical students at PNWU in the Pacific Northwest, and co-leading Noon Hour during his third year of residency. After residency, he will be working in a hybrid role at Allina - United Hospital in St. Paul doing both outpatient and inpatient psychiatry while also working with and teaching medical students and family medicine residents.
