Lodging Accommodations
Known as the authentic Wine Country spa and golf resort, The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is blessed with a world-renowned 40,000 square-foot spa and an 18-hole championship golf course. Accommodations at the luxury resort range from recently restored Fairmont Heritage rooms to signature suites.
Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates:

Deluxe Rooms: $405
Junior Suites: $515
Mission Suites: $575
Please note that service charges and taxes are not included in the above rates. Porterage and housekeeping gratuities are at the individual's discretion. There are no resort fees.
An additional charge of $50 per night is added in the case of a third guest sharing a room. There is no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years sharing a room with their parents. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.
The special group rates are offered when checking in on Sunday, Oct. 12 and checking out on Friday, Oct. 17, based on availability. If you wish to stay an additional day before or after the dates noted, there is a special rate of only $100 over the group rates noted above, based on availability.
Reservations can be made by calling 800-441-1414 (toll free) and requesting the Reservations Department. Please identify yourself as a participant in the Advances in Diagnostic Radiology with Advanced Radiology Life SupportTM (ARLS) course when making your reservation.
In order to receive these special rates, reservations must be made prior to Sept. 11, 2014, and are based on availability. Early reservations are highly encouraged to avoid disappointment. Reservations are taken based on space and rate availability.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
Travel
The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is located in Sonoma Valley, approximately 60 miles, or a 90-minute drive, from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Course attendees may also find it convenient to utilize the Oakland International Airport (OAK), which is also approximately 60 miles, or 90 minutes, from The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. A third option is the Sacramento International Airport (SMF), which is approximately 75 miles away, or a 90-minute drive.
The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but other transportation options are available. Ten major rental car companies are represented at the San Francisco International Airport and Oakland International Airport; seven major rental car companies are represented at the Sacramento International Airport. A one-way taxi fare to The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is approximately $200 USD from the San Francisco International Airport. Rate is subject to change.

Parking
Overnight valet parking is $25 per night, and hybrid vehicle valet parking is $15 per night. Self-parking is $15 and hybrid vehicle self-parking is complimentary. Valet or self-parking for day use only is complimentary.
Although it is not Department of Radiology CME policy to limit the number of registrants for a course, conference room facilities may necessitate closing of enrollment; therefore, early registration is advised. A letter of confirmation is sent upon receipt of payment and completed registration. Please present the confirmation letter when checking in at the meeting registration desk.

Sonoma Wine Experience: John Burdick, sommelier and proprietor of Burdick Vineyard Tours, is offering "A Never to be Forgotten Day" in Sonoma Wine Country on Oct. 14 and 15, 2014. Each afternoon consists of private stops at different boutique Sonoma Valley wineries and a fabulous gourmet lunch catered by Olive & Vine. You have the opportunity to meet the owners, John and his wife Catherine, and other winemakers. There are four vehicles — two vans and two SUVs — so you can access "off the beaten path" wineries.
The group is limited to 35 guests each afternoon. The price is $150.00 per person, per day. Reservations can be made online.
