The Mayo Lymphatic Disorders Symposium will offer educational sessions from diagnosis through treatment. A faculty of national and international speakers will review cutting edge lymphatic imaging and diagnostics, explore pharmacologic therapeutic options, and share updates on current surgical techniques. Hands-on and didactive educational opportunities will include physical examination, compression management, manual therapies, and other physical and imaging modalities. Participants will have an opportunity for collaborative networking.

Mayo Clinic speech pathologists work in close collaboration with multiple departments to complete comprehensive evaluations of complex dysphagia patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. The Dysphagia Evaluation and Treatment: A Multidisciplinary Model course is unique and shares with learners Mayo’s holistic approach on how to diagnose and manage this complex patient. It is designed with intermediate to advanced content for the professional in speech and language pathology, radiology, ENT, neurology, and gastroenterology.
