This session will highlight unique considerations and concrete actions for organizations and individuals to develop effective professional development and mentorship environments for minority physicians and scientists. Those responsible for leadership development as well as minority and NON-minority healthcare professionals providing mentorship to minorities in health care are encouraged to attend.
