DESCRIPTION
This well-established RSS provides a forum for various specialties to review weekly cases that have proven challenging and unique. This weekly conference in which exigent and educational spine cases are reviewed via robust discussion helps optimize patient care and improve outcomes. This involves the management of degenerative, neoplastic, and traumatic spinal conditions.
Live-Streamed; Weekly on Mondays from 5:00-6:00 p.m.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Resident Fellows and Scientist Researcher PhDs.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss innovative techniques in spine surgery
- Discuss the various surgical approaches and techniques for treating patients with spinal disorders
- Assess current medical information and how it relates to the practice
- Review latest neuroradiologic imaging techniques
- Compare effective practice and surgical methods
- Describe anterior and posterior procedures for spine surgery
- Discuss management of complex spinal deformities
