DESCRIPTION
Monthly in-house conference focused on neurosurgical trauma as well as didactic lectures relevant to trauma (to be specified).
*Spine Trauma Conferences in Orthopedics and Neurologic Surgery are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. in the Joseph 1-242 Sundt Conference Room.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is designed for providers, residents, and fellows.  In addition, research personnel and other members of the care team may find the conference beneficial.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Identify unusual presentations and natural history of neurosurgical related trauma.
  • Develop a plan of care to incorporate best trauma practice for Neurosurgery trauma care.
