General ENT Updates & Tackling Problematic Sinusitis 2026 is a specialized conference that offers an extensive and thorough examination of the latest clinical advancements relevant to general otolaryngology and subspecialty otolaryngology. Distinguished experts from Mayo Clinic deliver an all-encompassing and in-depth analysis of various subspecialties within the field, such as head and neck, sleep medicine, otology, laryngology, facial plastic surgery, and pediatric otolaryngology. Attendees can expect to gain valuable insights and knowledge from these renowned faculty members, enhancing their understanding and practice in the field of otolaryngology through didactic and interactive sessions. This course incorporates the contents of the rhinosinusitis course that has run for 13 years. It provides a comprehensive update on tackling problematic chronic sinusitis and other difficult-to-manage rhinologic diagnoses; and focuses on new data and progress made in the management of chronic rhinosinusitis. Learners can expect a comprehensive curriculum covering updates and advances in pathophysiology, office-based procedures, surgical management, medical therapeutics, and new treatment options, including biologics. In addition, course faculty discuss research into pathophysiology and therapeutic targets for chronic rhinosinusitis and comorbid conditions. Personalized medical and surgical strategies and endotyping algorithms that help optimize outcomes are discussed. Techniques covered include in-office procedures for rhinitis and sinusitis, as well as primary and revision sinus surgery.
