Target Audience

This course is designed for surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, gynecologists, primary care providers, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals who provide both diagnostics and treatment of patients with breast cancer.

Learning Objectives

As the only full-service oceanfront spa in Northeast Florida, the Spa at One Ocean Resort offers beautiful views of the rolling surf from the comfort of its meditative lounge and offers a sensory stimulating journey in an intimate setting.

One Ocean Resort & Spa has reserved a limited block of guest rooms at a special group rate of $204 (USD) single or double occupancy per night plus applicable state and local taxes. The resort fee is included in the group rate. Guests 18 years and younger stay complimentary in guestrooms with an adult. Group rates will apply three days prior to and three days following the course dates, based upon availability.

Hotel rooms are limited. Make your reservation before the room block fills or before October 8, 2017 and reference “Mayo Clinic Breast Disease Course”.

Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. An advanced deposit equal to one night’s room charge and sales tax will be charged to your credit/debit card.  Cancellations must be made three days prior to arrival in order to avoid a one night room and sales tax penalty.
