Conveniently located on the Mayo Clinic Hospital campus, the Residence Inn Phoenix Desert View at Mayo Clinic offers spacious suites, complimentary hot buffet breakfast, high-speed internet access, fitness facilities, swimming pool, and a business center.

A block of studio suites at a special group rate of $239 (USD), single or double occupancy, per night, plus applicable state/local taxes, is available. Parking is $14 per vehicle, plus tax per day. Group rates apply two days prior to and after the course dates, based upon space and rate availability. The hotel is located on the Mayo Clinic Phoenix campus, but is considered within walking distance of the Mayo Clinic Hospital/Franke Education Center.

Make your reservation before the room block is filled or the cut-off date of December 23, 2024. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a rate and space available basis. When making your reservation, identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic GI-Hep Update Course.

A block of standard deluxe rooms at a special group rate of $309 (USD), per night for single or double occupancy, $329 for triple and $349 for quadruple occupancy, plus applicable state/local taxes is available. Group rates apply three days prior to and after the course dates, based upon space and rate availability. The resort is located 5.2 miles, or nine minutes, from the Mayo Clinic Franke Education Center.

Make your reservation before the room block is filled or the cut-off date of December 19, 2024. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. When making your reservation, identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic GI-Hep Update Course. To avoid one night’s room/tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

Daily destination fee is $30.00 per room, per day, plus tax and includes the following services and amenities:

• Daily Enhanced High-Speed Internet Access in guest rooms
• Daily Food and Beverage Credit to match the negotiated Destination Fee amount (valid at AGAVE Restaurant, In Room Dining or the Market).
• Daily two (2) Hour Bike Rentals for up to two (2) Bikes (beach cruisers with basket, helmets, locks).
• Daily admittance to Mountainside Fitness for up to two (2) people per day. Includes full access to gym amenities (Café, steam room, basketball courts) and instructor led classes (HIIT, Cycle, Yoga, Barre, etc.) - 5 miles from hotel.
• Two (2) tickets for one (1) experience at Musical Instrument Museum - 7 miles from hotel.
• Complimentary shuttle to local attractions within a five (5) mile radius.
