Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas with special course rates of $159 per night. Reservations can be made by going to the Hilton Scottsdale Mayo Clinic Urogynecolgy Website or calling 800.498.7396.

In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of March 31, 2015, whichever comes first. Please identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Urogynecology course when making your reservation.

Travel and lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo School of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Your registration fee includes access to a detailed online syllabus, emailed one week prior to the course. This allows you to view, save, or print the syllabus before attending the course. Printed Syllabi are no longer available as we continue to go green.
