DESCRIPTION
Women's Health Grand Rounds features expert speakers in diverse topics in women's health, with a goal of disseminating the latest scientific and clinical evidence related to medical conditions that are unique to women, occur more frequently in women or present differently in women in order to optimize care of female patients. We do post all activity to our website.
In-Person and Live-Streamed; Blue Thursday from 12:15-1:15 p.m.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Allied Health Professionals, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Resident Fellows, Scientist Researcher, PhD's, and Students.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Review the new and emerging nonhormone treatment options for menopause related vasomotor symptoms.
- Examine evidence-based treatments for genitourinary syndrome of menopause.
- Review the latest evidence on management of overweight and obesity in women, including the impact of hormone therapy
