Topic:  Double Lumen Tube Intubation and One Lung Ventilation/Isolation

Objectives:

1. Define the indications for lung isolation
2. Identify methods to achieve lung isolation
3. Describe placement of double lumen endobronchial tubes with fiberoptic guidance
4. Describe placement of bronchial blocker
5. Review confirmatory procedures for ensuring adequate lung isolation
