DESCRIPTION
Conferences take place on Monday mornings at 6:45 am - 7:30 am at MCH. Exceptions will be noted in the weekly notification.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Physicians, fellows, residents, nurse anesthetists, and students who have an interest in anesthesiology.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
1) Summarize the features of Mayo's Massive Transfusion Protocol.
2) State indications, contraindications, and therapeutic considerations of blood components (red blood cells, plasma, platelets, cryoprecipitate) used during resuscitation of hemorrhage.
