Topic:  Preceptor and SRNA Expectations

Objectives:

1. Identify the importance of expectations in both the Preceptor and SRNA role and what they are.
2. Describe the nature of feedback and differentiate between formative and summative feedback.
3. Recognize critical feedback that needs to be shared with the Program Director / Associate Director.
