Topic: Preceptor and SRNA Expectations
Objectives:
- Identify the importance of expectations in both the Preceptor and SRNA role and what they are.
- Describe the nature of feedback and differentiate between formative and summative feedback.
- Recognize critical feedback that needs to be shared with the Program Director / Associate Director.
