Topic:  Creating a Culture of Safety

Objectives:

1. Define safety culture.
2. Identify the barriers to creating a safe culture.
3. Illustrate the elements of an effective culture.
4. Assess how to measure safety.
5. Create action plans to address safety culture in their own institutions.
