• Describe sex-specific myocardial remodeling and limitations of conventional LV thresholds may affect risk assessment and intervention timing in chronic aortic regurgitation
• Apply a complementary echo–CMR approach to cases in which valve severity, ventricular remodeling, and symptoms are discordant
• Evaluate how longitudinal imaging and AI-supported phenotyping could improve valve-care decisions, while distinguishing prognostic markers from evidence that an earlier intervention will benefit the patient
