• Identify potential errors in measurement of functional MR under general anesthesia
• Define high risk features for recurrence of regurgitation in functional mitral valve repair
• Examine the measurement of the tricuspid annulus in surgical decision making
• Evaluate causes of ventricular dysfunction after cardiopulmonary bypass
