ROOM RATES:
A limited block of guest rooms has been reserved at a special group rate of $369 (USD), per night, plus tax and a daily resort service charge of $25 for single (or $40 for double occupancy). To receive the special group rate, please identify yourself as a registrant of the Mayo Clinic Cardio-Oncology Update 2023 and make your reservation before the room block is filled or by the expiration date of March 27, 2023. You may reserve your room using the reservation link below or call the hotel directly at 1-800-344-4758.

ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS:
A charge of $30.00 per person, per night will be added to the folio for each guest over double occupancy. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share the room with their parents.
Maximum occupancy per room: four (4).

ACCESSIBLE ROOM REQUESTS
Should you require rooms accessible to guests with disabilities, kindly advise the hotel of your requirements as soon as possible so that they may endeavor to fulfill your specific needs. Otherwise, requests for accessible rooms may be made by yourself at the same time and in the same manner room reservation requests are to be made. Descriptions of the guest rooms are available on the hotel's website or otherwise available by calling their Reservations Department at 1-800-344-4758 or their Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-441-1414.

DISCOUNTED GROUP RESORT FEE (Including internet access throughout resort):
A daily resort service charge of $25.00 for single (or $40.00 double occupancy) plus tax of 14.02% will be charged to each group attendee’s daily room folio. Individual group guests will receive a bundle of added values for the payment of the daily group resort fee. They will receive the following additional amenities:

• Daily basic internet access in guestrooms (normally $14.99 per room/day)
• Daily basic internet access (appropriate for checking emails, basic internet searches, etc.) in meeting space and public areas (normally $30.00 per person/day)
• Daily maid gratuity ($2.00 per person/per day)
• Roundtrip porterage cost ($12.00 round trip/per person)
• $25 Spa credit per paid night, towards a body or facial treatment at our Well & Being Spa (this credit is not accumulative and is valid once per day).
