Join local, state, and national experts to learn more about their work to understand and improve care for people diagnosed with TB across our community. The Wisconsin Virtual TB Summit features weekly sessions held every Tuesday starting April 4 and ending May 2. Session topics are timely and relevant across all disciplines serving people diagnosed with TB. Sessions include:

  • Uniting for Ukraine Program: Personal and Clinical Perspectives
  • TB and the Perinatal Period: Clinical Management and Case Review
  • TB Disease Treatment Update: Interim Guidance and Case Review for 4-Month Regimen

TB 101 Pre-Conference hosted by the WI TB Program

Open to Wisconsin Registrants Only

UPDATE: TB 101 Pre-Conference Session is FULL, Registration CLOSED

This TB and LTBI 101 training session is intended for Wisconsin local and tribal health department clinical staff new to TB/LTBI. The session will be instructive with opportunities for interactive WEDSS (Wisconsin Electronic Disease Surveillance System) practice scenarios. Basic familiarity with using WEDSS for disease surveillance will be helpful in getting the most out of this session. No previous TB knowledge is required, but participants are strongly encouraged to review the archived WI TB Program webinars.

Please note: While the Wisconsin Virtual TB Summit is open to all registrants, the Pre-Conference session is open only to Wisconsin LTHD clinical staff new to TB/LTBI. Registration for the Pre-Conference is capped at 30 participants and is separate from the Wisconsin Virtual TB Summit registration.

Target Audience

All public health workers, nurses, infection prevention/control providers, clinic staff, physicians, healthcare providers, lab staff, and others working with or interested in learning more about tuberculosis.

Learning Objectives

  1. Increase understanding of factors influencing TB across the continuum of prevention, diagnosis, and care
  2. Share best practices to address TB across the continuum of prevention, diagnosis, and care
