We invite you to the inaugural Heart and Lung Transplant Foundations and Future Directions Forum.  This dynamic, case-based conference is designed to strengthen clinical decision-making, provide practical strategies you can put into practice immediately, increase rapid recognition of complications, and improve seamless coordination across the transplant team.

Designed for Heart and Lung Transplant Advanced Practice Providers, this conference delivers practical, evidence-based education for the challenges you encounter every day in transplant care. Engaging, case-based learning and real-world clinical scenarios, will strengthen clinical acumen navigating immunosuppression management, rejection surveillance, infectious complications, recognize subtle clinical changes, and long-term transplant complications.
