This course provides healthcare professionals with current, evidence-based updates in the diagnosis, treatment, and multidisciplinary management of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and its associated complications. Through expert presentations and case-based discussions, participants will review advances in medical and surgical therapies, disease monitoring, and strategies to optimize patient outcomes. This activity is designed for physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with IBD, including gastroenterologists, internists, family medicine physicians, internal medicine residents, gastroenterology fellows, pharmacists, IBD registered nurses, and advanced practice providers (APRNs and PAs).

The course is particularly relevant for clinicians interested in IBD treatment selection and positioning, complex and high-risk IBD management, intestinal ultrasound, postoperative Crohn’s disease, pouchitis, extraintestinal manifestations, cancer surveillance, and the management of special patient populations.
