This course is designed to assist healthcare professionals in improving the care of men based on emerging scientific and clinical evidence related to medical conditions that are unique to men. The course includes presentations from key men's health specialties including healthcare disparities in men, male infertility, prostate cancer treatment and screening, transgender healthcare, and mental healthcare in men. Through engaging discussions and expert insights, participants will be able to deliver more informed and effective care in the realm of men's health.

Target Audience

This course is designed for general internists, internal medicine subspecialists, general urologists, family medicine physicians, advanced practice providers and other primary health care professionals.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Differentiate contemporary diagnostic and therapeutic options across key men’s health domains including BPH, prostate cancer, sexual health, and hypogonadism.
  • Evaluate evidence-based medical, surgical, and lifestyle interventions to optimize preventive health, metabolic function, and cardiovascular risk in male patients.
  • Apply multidisciplinary strategies—from urology, endocrinology, preventive medicine, nutrition, orthopedics, and behavioral health—to complex men’s health scenarios.

The closest major airport to Sedona is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Sedona is approximately a two‑hour drive north of Phoenix.

Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) is the nearest commercial airport—located about 25 to 40 minutes north of Sedona—but it offers limited flight options.
