The Mayo Clinic Children’s Stay Conference is a full-day educational event designed to bring together pediatric and neonatal healthcare professionals in a shared space for learning, collaboration, and innovation. Through engaging keynote speakers, interactive sessions, and interdisciplinary discussions, the conference highlights practice transformation initiatives and evidence-based approaches to care. Attendees will explore strategies to enhance patient- and family-centered care while building connections that support professional growth and improve outcomes for children and families.

Target Audience

This stay conference is designed for nurses and multidisciplinary team members that work to support patients through Mayo Clinic Children's.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to: 

  • Identify key practice transformation initiatives and evidence-based strategies that enhance pediatric and neonatal patient care across clinical settings.
  • Examine interdisciplinary approaches to collaboration that improve communication, coordination, and outcomes for pediatric patients and their families.
  • Apply innovative, patient- and family-centered care strategies to support professional growth and improve quality of care delivery in pediatric and neonatal populations.
