Additionally, chronic conditions impact brain regions responsible for movement perception and production. The brain-bladder connection is also crucial for pelvic health. Join us to explore the intricacies of this three-pound organ and learn how to clinically integrate its extensive connections, encompassing cognitive, visual, emotional, sensory, and motor networks. This conference will provide an emphasis on the brain’s role in motor control, the mechanisms by which that occurs, and the mental aspects that are important to engage the person in meaningful experiences for a fulfilling lifetime.

In this course, attendees learn about lifestyle medicine, and actively participate in classes designed to help create an individualized wellness plan. Learning in this personal manner helps participants counsel patients on making these same healthy behavior changes.
