A special room block rate of $329 (USD), plus applicable city/state taxes. To ensure accommodations, make your reservation before the room block fills, or by November 9, 2026.

Resort Fee
A daily resort service charge is optional for your group attendees and it’s subject to change. Individual group guests will have the opportunity to select to receive bundle of added values and will not automatically be charged a daily resort fee. Should group guests wish to elect a daily resort fee they will receive the following amenities:

• Afternoon access to Trailblazers Recreation Center for the family, hours: 1 to 5 pm. *Morning access (9 to 11:30 am) to Trailblazers Kids Club Program and lunch (11:30 am to 1 pm) is available at an additional cost for up to three children (Ages 5-12)
• $30 Well & Being credit toward a body or facial treatment per paid night, valid once per day. Spa treatments receive access to Well & Being Spa amenities for the day, including: co-ed waterfall treatment pool, sauna, steam room, aromatherapy lounge, private rooftop pool and more (credit not cumulative and valid once per day)
• Shuttle transportation service to and from Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar, TPC Scottsdale and Grayhawk golf courses (not be utilized for organized group movements)
• Courtesy fishing pole rental for Lagoon fishing (unavailable during Christmas at the Princess)
• Preferred TPC Scottsdale rates and tee times
• Golf bag storage at the resort
• Business services offered at front desk (printing, photocopying, and faxing of documents for guest personal use, up to five pages)
• Electric vehicle charging stations, including Tesla, based on availability
• Infused water stations available in the lobby. Fruit and specialty lemonade available from 3 to 6pm. Coffee available in the lobby from 2 to 6 am. Boxed water available all day.
• Jogger station: (2) water bottles, towels and running trail map available between 6 and 9 am at Guest Services for individual guest - not for organized group
• Bicycles: Cruising bikes are available 7 am to 5 pm, up to two guests on a first-come, first-served basis, for one-hour usage, based on availability
• Overnight shoeshine (one pair per room per night)
• Item purchase delivery from Fairmont Floral, Well & Being Spa, Well & Being Spa Lifestyle Boutique, Maverick, Anna J, Provisions and Reflections to your guest room (up to five items)
• Access to pickleball court, for one-hour usage, daily. Pickleball equipment available at Trailblazers

In addition, all guests receive:

• Access to 24-hour Fairmont Fitness Center with your room key. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

If you choose these amenities, a daily fee of $55 plus 14.02% tax will be charged to your room. Any spa service credits will be deducted from your final bill. If all included services are used, the total value is approximately $125 when purchased separately.

Parking:
Parking is not included in the room rate. Current parking fees are:

• Overnight valet: $40/day
• Overnight self-parking: $28/day
• Daytime valet: $26/day
• Daytime self-parking: $18/day (up to 10 hours)
