Rooms are reserved for attendees and their guests at the group rate starting at $269 per night plus applicable taxes. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block sells out or before the expiration date of April 18, 2019, whichever comes first. The resort has extended the group rate three days prior and three days after the course based on availability.

Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. Book online or call 1-(888) 353-2009 and reference the group code WNCC to identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Neuro and Intensive Care Course to receive a discounted rate. Rooms are limited so we do encourage early booking. No resort fee for guests staying at the hotel. 

An optional resort fee is available at a daily rate of $30; which includes: complimentary premium Wi-Fi access throughout the resort and public areas, two welcome drinks in Peacock Alley or Aquamarine, access to the spa and fitness center, bike rentals (based on availability), complimentary golf club rental after 2:00 p.m., 10 percent off spa treatments at the Waldorf Astoria spa, 10 percent off pool cabana rentals (reservations recommended) and unlimited access to in-room local and toll free calls. The self-parking rate is $27 per day/ per vehicle (tax not included) and the valet rate is $35 per day/ per vehicle (tax not included).
