Title: Cancer detection by molecular testing: re-imagining the screening paradigm

  1. Identify gaps in our current approach to cancer screening
  2. Describe how application of noninvasive molecular tools might fill these gaps and what performance characteristics would be required
  3. Appraise early data on tumor detection and site prediction with methylated DNA markers
