AMA
Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science designates this live activity for a maximum of 22.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

AAPA
Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 22.75 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

ANCC
Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science designates this activity for a maximum of 22.75 ANCC contact hours. Nurses should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

AOA
The American Osteopathic Association designates this program for a maximum of 22.75 AOA Category 2-A credits.

American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA)
This activity offers up to 22.75 CME credits, of which 22.75 credits contribute the patient safety CME component of the American Board of Anesthesiology’s redesigned Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology™ (MOCA®) program, known as MOCA 2.0®. Please consult the ABA website, www.theABA.org, for a list of all MOCA 2.0 requirements.

American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 22.75 MOC points and patient safety MOC credit in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

American Board of Surgery (ABS)
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME and Self-Assessment requirements of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit.

Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
Through an agreement between the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, medical practitioners participating in the Royal College MOC Program may record completion of accredited activities registered under the ACCME’s “CME in Support of MOC” program in Section 3 of the Royal College’s MOC Program.

ABCP
The American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion allotted up to 27.20 Category I CEUs to perfusionists who attend the meeting.

Participants must sign in once a day to verify attendance. A photo ID is required for participants to obtain registration materials. A certificate specifying the total number of CEU credit hours earned by that individual will be emailed to the attendee two weeks post activity.

Other Healthcare Professionals:
A record of attendance will be provided to all registrants for requesting credits in accordance with state nursing boards, specialty societies or other professional associations.
