American Board of Family Medicine Knowledge Self-Assessment (KSA): Behavioral Health Care. This module is offered as an optional add-on to your Clinical Reviews educational experience. There is an additional fee of $100 to register for this Self-Assessment, and you must be registered for the Clinical Reviews General Session to participate.

Target Audience
This course is designed for family medicine physicians, internal medicine physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify current clinical recommendations for the management of patients with osteoporosis
- Summarize patient-centered approaches to the management of diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia
- Describe the most common sleep disorders
- Evaluate options for optimally managing chronic kidney disease in the primary care setting
- Examine strategies to diagnose polymyalgia, giant cell arteritis, and polymyositis in the primary care clinic
- Review the impact of healthcare disparities on health outcomes
- Assess updates in the management of patients with headaches
- Review updates in Genetic Cancer Screening
- Examine techniques for incorporating Point-of-Care Ultrasound into the primary care setting
- Examine strategies to implement antimicrobial stewardship in a primary care setting

A special room block rate of $429 (USD), plus applicable city/state taxes, plus a $42 optional resort fee per room, per night, is available for course participants and guests. There is an additional $12.00 per person, charge to cover round trip porterage and a $2.00 per person, per day, housekeeping service charge. Group rates apply three days prior and three days following the course dates, based upon space availability.
