Welcome Reception
Attendees are cordially invited to a welcome reception on Sunday, February 25, 2018 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. This casual reception welcomes you to Mayo Clinic, officially opens the course and offers you an opportunity to make connections with existing and new colleagues. Pre-registration is requested.  If you are able to join us check the box on the registration tab.  The reception will take place at the Salute Wine Bar and More located on the first floor of the Rochester Marriott Mayo Clinic Area – 101 SW 1st Ave.

Clinicians, researchers, administrators, policy makers and other health care professionals.

Learning Objectives

Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss person and family-centered care models including team-based care, integrated behavioral health, coordinated and organized care, enhanced access and community partnerships.
  • Describe continuous, data-driven quality improvement, transparent measurement and monitoring and optimal use of health information technology.
  • Identify and discuss sustainable, efficient and strategic business operations, workforce vitality and fulfillment aligned with population health goals.
