Fellow Question Submission
Fellow Question Submission Application
As in previous years, fellows attending the course will contribute educational content by submitting board-style multiple-choice questions, which will serve as their presentation for the course. The questions accepted will be acknowledged during the course and may be listed on the fellow’s CV as a presentation. Selected questions will also be compiled into an online practice examination for course participants.
Each fellow must submit two board-style best-answer multiple-choice questions. Each question should include one correct/best answer and four less good or incorrect options, one or two supporting images (radiologic, endoscopic, or histologic), and a brief explanation for all answer choices. Submissions will be reviewed for quality, and two accepted questions are required to attend the course as a presentation trip. All images must be free of PHI.
To support question development, fellows are strongly encouraged to review the educational presentation by Dr. Amy Oxentenko on writing effective multiple-choice questions. This resource provides guidance on MCQ construction and insight into board-style question structure.
Submission Deadline:
All questions must be submitted via word document by Friday July 31, 2026, to the proper designated location found in the application submission.
Fellows wishing to participate in the board review course should contact Kelly Larson (RST), Michelle Tuetken (FL), Rosabel Macaspac (AZ), or Wendy Webb (AZ) for final approval. All travel and trip-related questions should be directed to the fellow’s direct supervisor
