Mayo Clinic Gastroenterology and Hepatology 2018
Mayo Clinic Gastroenterology and Hepatology 2018 is designed to update physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other health care providers practicing in gastroenterology and hepatology about new approaches to the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal and liver diseases. Faculty will present data on multiple topics including general gastroenterology, inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal neoplasia, esophageal diseases, motility, nutrition, pancreaticobiliary disorders, endoscopy and hepatology.
This course is designed for practicing gastroenterologists, surgeons, GI fellows, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, individuals specializing in gastrointestinal endoscopy, and primary care physicians with an interest in gastroenterology.

Room rates are per room, per night, single, double and triple occupancy, plus applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. Children under 18 years old staying in an adults’ room are complimentary. Group rates will apply three days prior and three days after the course dates, based upon group room availability.
Daily resort fee of $35 is reduced to $5 per room, per night plus tax. Benefits will include guestroom internet; in-room coffee; local and toll-free calls; 24-hour access to the fitness center; discounted golf fees and preferred tee times at the Bay and The Plantation Golf Courses; shuttle transportation to and from West Maui Airport and throughout the Kapalua Resort; participation in Aloha Friday festivities, arts and crafts, and cultural history tours; complimentary tennis court time for all guests at on-property tennis court facilities.
Reservations will be taken based upon resort room availability, at the contracted meeting rate. A two-night room and tax deposit will be charged at time of booking.
Individual room cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of all nights reserved.
Attendees are responsible for their own reservations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
