Title: Non-celiac gluten sensitivity: A true disease or misdiagnose?

1. Distinguish non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) from wheat allergy, celiac disease and “celiac lite” cases

2. Identify the relationship between functional GI disorders (IBS and functional dyspepsia) and NCGS

3. Recognize new potential biomarkers of NCGS including duodenal pathology (eosinophils) and immune activation

4. Estimate the benefits versus risks of a gluten free diet in NCGS
