American Board of Pathology MOC Part II Self-Assessment
Members of the American Board of Pathology (ABPath) are eligible to receive Maintenance of Certification (MOC) points equal to the number of hours claimed for AMA PRA Category 1 credit. (Up to 18.5)
To qualify, registrants will be required to write a response to a "Reflective Question". The question will become available upon conclusion of the course. The firm deadline to respond is February 25, 2020.
Your response must be reflective, thoughtful and 3-5 sentences in length. At the conclusion of this course, click on this session's "START" tab and follow the instructions.

Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development is approved by the American Board of Pathology (ABP) to offer SAMs for meeting ABP requirements for maintenance of certification (MOC). This activity has been approved to provide 18.5 Lifelong Learning (Part II) and Self-Assessment Module (SAM) credit toward Part 2 of the ABPath MOC Program.
Accredited providers are required to submit learner completion data for each activity registered as meeting ABPath guidelines via the PARS system. Credit will be reported on your behalf.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
