A block of rooms at a special group rate of $279 (USD), plus applicable city/state sales tax, per night, is available for course participants and guests. Children under the age of 18 years stay complimentary in same room with parent. Bell staff and room attendant/maid services are at the individual guest’s discretion. Group rates apply three days prior to and three days after course dates, based upon availability.

The “Group Connect” resort fee of $20 per night (normally $40 per night) includes the following amenities available to all registered guests with the Mayo Clinic Hospital Medicine program:    

• Unlimited enhanced high speed internet access throughout the hotel
• 24-hour use of computer and printing services in the business center
• 24-hour access to fitness center and movement studio
• Daily fitness classes located in movement studio (yoga, pilates).
• Recreational activities including guided morning hike, desert friends experience, bocce ball, horseshoes and more
• Daily experiential mixology class
• Daily newspaper (Wall Street Journal & USA Today, Monday – Friday) in all landing areas, lobby and restaurant outlets
• Access to the golf club driving range and putting green utilizing complimentary Callaway clubs
• Use of tennis courts and balls, road bikes and specialized mountain bikes

To ensure accommodations, make your reservation before the room block fills or by October 4, 2019, via website or telephone, and reference “Mayo Clinic Hospital Medicine.” Reservations cancelled within seven days of the conference will forfeit the deposit of one night’s room and tax.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. 

Parking:  Valet parking is $25 per vehicle, per day, or complimentary self-park is available.

Attendees are responsible for their own reservations.
