This webinar explores the intricate relationship between tuberculosis (TB) and diabetes. The presenter discusses the epidemiological ties between these two diseases and provides evidence-based strategies for the prevention and management of TB in patients with diabetes.

This course is designed for allied health professionals, nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, resident/fellows, and healthcare professionals working in a public healthcare setting.

  • Identify the epidemiological relationship between Tuberculosis (TB) and diabetes.  
  • Recognize the clinical manifestations and diagnostic challenges associated with TB in individuals with diabetes. 
  • Discuss evidence-based strategies for the prevention and management of TB in patients with diabetes.
