Mayo Clinic Healthy Longevity Medicine is a comprehensive CME course designed to provide clinicians with clinically relevant knowledge in the emerging discipline of longevity medicine. The course delivers a structured curriculum focused on applying aging biology to patient care, with an emphasis on prevention, early risk detection, and healthspan extension. Participants will examine key biological mechanisms of aging—the hallmarks of aging—and explore how these processes contribute to functional decline, chronic disease risk, and potential targets for clinical intervention. The course covers a wide range of topics, including biomarkers of aging (biological age clocks), multidimensional assessment in geromedicine, lifestyle interventions, and emerging pharmacologic and regenerative therapies.
