Hotel Policies

• Cancellation at our Orlando vacation resort is permitted up to five days prior to arrival
• Check-In: 4 p.m. / Check-Out: 11 a.m.
• All guest rooms and public areas are non-smoking; there are designated outdoor smoking areas
• Valet parking fee: $40 daily

Pet Policy

• Dogs and cats 40 pounds or less are welcome and require advance registration (two maximum per room)
• Pets cannot be left unattended within guestroom and must be fully trained and appropriately retrained by the owner at all times.
• There is $150 USD (+ tax) non-refundable maintenance and restoration fee per stay
• Non-service animals are prohibited from the spa, pool and restaurant areas
